Directions: Add 1 tablespoon of tea into teabag. Add to one cup of hot water and steep 5 to 10 minutes for best results. Throw away teabag after use. Add your favorite sweetener if desired.

I love the this tea. It tastes great and it works. I cant wait to try my free sample too.

I bought this tea as I thought it would help when I get those dry itchy throats in the fall and winter. I enjoy other teas I have bought from this shop. She provided me another sample of a tea I don’t have that I can try. I will be back again!
