Directions:
Add 1 tablespoon of tea into teabag. Add to one cup of hot water and steep 5 to 10 minutes for best results. Throw away teabag after use. Add your favorite sweetener if desired.

I was excited to find this tea from Touch of Herbs. I like the benefits of the herbs that were mixed with this one. I look forward to buying more from this seller. She also puts alot of care when she ships to you by carefully wrapping everything and a nice touch with the note!
