Warnings:
Ensure to be cautious while handling boiling water. Always ensure to keep away from children. This product is not edible.
Direction:
Bring water to boil. Remove from heat and mix facial steam blend in stirring for one minute. Allow to steep for about 3 minutes. We recommend using 1 to 2 teaspoons of the herbal blend per steam, but you can choose to use less or more depending on your preference. Move bowl on heat resistant surface. Place your face about 8 inches away from the bowl covering your head and the bowl with a large towel so that no steam can escape. Keep your eyes shut during steam process. Breathing deeply to inhale the therapeutic properties of the herbs. Steam for 10-15 minutes ensuring to incorporate breaks in between the steaming process.
1 glass holds up to 6 steams depending on your steam preferences.

They smell wonderful but the jars are extremely small, more like miniature jars. I think it is too pricey for the amount they deliver.
