Directions:
Add 1 tablespoon of tea into teabag. Add to one cup of hot water and steep 5 to 10 minutes for best results. Throw away teabag after use. Add your favorite sweetener if desired.

IF YOU HAVE TROUBLE SLEEPING, GET THIS TEA. I LOVE IT. I NEED TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO PUT IT IN A KEURIG CONTAINER. THE TASTE IS GREAT, NO NEED FOR SWEETNER WHICH IS GREAT.
