The blend of Chamomile and Lavender will calm your mood to a relaxed state of mind and help you to just sit back and relax for a while. The infusion of the chamomile flowers has a fine, delicate floral taste. The added Lavender adds a hint of floral freshness.

Directions:
Add 1 tablespoon of tea into teabag. Add to one cup of hot water and steep 5 to 10 minutes for best results. Throw away teabag after use. Add your favorite sweetener if desired.

I have yet to try the tea, however, I love the packaging & quick turn around. My room smells amazing. Will definitely return to this shop!
